Jim Rastall

Jim Rastall has directed work at The Ambassadors, Criterion and Leicester Square Theatres in London’s West End and is Artistic director of multi-award winning theatre company The Playground whose “Utterly hilarious… a wildly successful all family show” (***** The Stage) Shakespearience can be seen in the famous Spiegel Tent in London’s Southbank this Summer.

As an actor Jim trained at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and has been lucky enough to wear a cassock, a leather breastplate and a santa outfit in the name of his art (though not all at the same time). He has also had the pleasure of working alongside many of his idols including Brenda Blethyn, Jodie Whittaker, and Christopher Guest.

Jim is Theatre Ambassador for Apples & Pears, a charity working with underprivileged children in Southwark.
